General provisions

The privacy policy (hereinafter - Policy) is the official document of ok.parts site (hereinafter — Company) regulating the data processing and protection of Resource Users (hereinafter — Users) who use the services, information and site products located at ok.parts (hereinafter — Site).

The processing of personal data and information of the Site users are determined by the present Policy and current legislation of the People's Republic of China.

The Policy regulates the processing of any kind of personal data and information (any information which allows to identify a person or other related information) about Users consuming the Company products or services. The present Policy is also applied to the processing of personal data collected by all means with the use of both active and passive tools, with and without the Internet, from persons located in any place of the world.

Collection of personal data

The purpose of personal data processing is the fulfilment of Company's obligations to the Users of the Site and its services. The processing of the user personal data is performed with the person's consent of whom the data is to be processed. The personal data includes all information related directly or indirectly to the User (personal data subject) and which can be used to identify a certain person or to contact it.

A request to provide User's personal data may be done at any moment including when a User contacts the Company. The Company may use these data according to the present Policy.

Various data/information is collected including:

• First and last name.
• Address.
• Phone number.
• Email address.
• Bank card information (Name, card N).

In order to fulfil the agreement obligations to the Users, the Company may request additional information from the User which will be also considered as a personal data. Thus the operator has the right to request User's documents necessary and sufficient to identify the User allowing in this case to avoid abuse and rights violation by the third party.

During the processing of personal data the Company ensures the personal data are correct, sufficient and if necessary, relevant to the purpose of personal data processing.

Storing and using personal data

Users personal data are stored in electronic and/or hard copy forms and processed using automated and non-automated systems.

Use of personal information

The collected personal data allow providing the new product notifications, special offers and various events for the User. They also help the Company to improve its services, content and communications. If a User does not want to be in the mailing list he may cancel the subscription at any time by using unsubscribe option or by editing his site profile. Occasionally the Company may use User's personal data to send important notifications with the information on changes in terms, provisions and policies, as well as confirmations of placed/completed orders or ordered services. The User may not waive the receiving this correspondence due to its importance for interaction with the Company .

Transfer of personal data

Users personal data may not be transferred to any third party with the exceptions hereunder. The processing of User personal data is not limited by a timeframe and performed by any legal means, including personal data information systems with and without the use of automated hardware. User agrees the Company has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, specifically to delivery and postal services, electric communications providers etc., solely for purposes specified in «Collection of Personal Data» section of the Policy. By the User's direction or consent the User personal data may be disclosed to third party Company agents if it is provided these agents agree to secure confidentiality of the information received, in particular when using applications.

User personal data may be disclosed upon request to the state authorities of the People’s Republic of China only on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by the law of the People’s Republic of China. The Company will block the User's personal data from the moment it receives an inquiry from the User, his authorized representative or from a state authority for the protection of personal data rights in case false personal data or unlawful actions have been revealed.

Disclosure of information to third parties

Sometimes the Company may transfer certain personal information and data to strategic partners working with the Company in providing products and services, or to those ones who assist Company in selling products and services to consumers. Third parties are provided with only the minimum required personal data necessary and enough for the services provision or the transaction executing.

Personal information will be disclosed by the Company only with the purpose of providing products and services to consumers, as well as for improving these products and services along with related communications. Such information will not be provided to third parties for marketing purposes.

In case of any other purpose the Company will request the consent of the User to release his/her personal information.

Services suppliers

The Company releases personal data/information to the companies providing following services: information processing, delivery, other consumer services, research to determine User's interest in products and services, surveys to learn the consumers and service quality satisfaction. Such companies undertake for protection of the User information irrespective of their location.

Other persons

The Company may require disclosing User's personal information due to the following reasons: law accordance, court procedure, lawsuit, public and state authorities inquiries both inside and outside the territory of User's country. The Company may disclose User's personal data/information if it is determined that such a disclosure is required and appropriate for maintaining national security, law and order or in any other important public case.

Company may disclose User personal data/information if it is determined that such a disclosure is required either to fulfil Company provisions and terms or for the protection of activity and Users. Additionally in case of reorganization, merging or sale the Company may transfer any or all collected personal information to a designated third party.

Destruction of personal data

User personal data are destroyed in the following cases:

• Independent deletion by Users of their data from personal page (if such pages are functional on the site) by using «Delete Account» option in the User profile.
• The Company deletes User information and User personal page.
• When personal data subject revokes the consent for processing of personal data.

Identification files (cookies) or other technologies

The website, interactive services and applications, email messages and any communications on behalf of Company may use identification files - cookies* or other technologies, such as: pixel tags, web beacons. Such technologies help Company better understand user behavior, indicate user visits to site sections and measure efficiency of advertisements and network searches. Company considers information collected by cookies or other technologies as non-personal information.

The purpose of Company in such cases is more convenient and personal interaction with the User. As a result, this knowledge helps provide Users with the best service.

User may disable cookies in the web browser or mobile device settings. Some website functions may become inaccessible after cookies have been disabled. Similar to many websites Company collects some information automatically and stores it in data files. This information includes the IP address, browser type and language, the internet provider, link and exit pages, OS, date and time and visits. Company uses this information to understand and analyze trends, for site administration, and site user behavior research.

* The ok.parts site uses cookies. Cookies are small data files stored in a user's computer or device during the website visit.

Using them allows a web broser to remember the information which makes the site work easier and more user friendly. It contributes in improving the site with the information when and how a User visits the Site. Cookies are created only when this option is selected in the web browser settings.

The cookies in any browser are available only for the website which created them. The other websites can't have access to these files. Cookies are also used to communicate with the User and/or start special animation during the first visit of the site.

The company domain may also contain elements which include third party cookies.

Protection of personal data

The Company takes precautionary measures, including legal, organizational, administrative, technical and physical, to protect User's personal information in accordance with the Law on Web Security of the People's Republic of China (November 7, 2016, 12-th National People's Congress, Standing Committee of 24-th Session) in order to protect User personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution and any other illegal actions of third parties.

Integrity and preservation of personal information

Interaction with the Company allows a User to easily keep his personal data and information up-to-date. The Company will store User's personal data for the time period required to fulfil the purposes described hereunder with an exception of cases when a longer period of data and information storage is required or allowed according to the legislation.

Third party sites and services

Company web sites, products, applications and services may contain links to third party web sites, products or services. Company products and services may also use or offer third party products or services. Third party confidentiality policy regulates the use of personal data and information collected by third parties including the the contact information and location. The Company calls the User upon to review the confidentiality policy of those third parties.

The Company will not be liable for the actions of third parties which gained access to User's information by using the internet or site services and for the consequences of using the data and information which is accessible to any internet user due to the nature of Internet.

User privacy at Company level

In order to ensure the safety of User personal data the Company relays confidentiality and safety norms to Company staff and strictly enforces confidentiality measures inside the Company.

Confidentiality questions

In case of questions grom a User concerning Company Confidentiality Policy or how does the Company process the data, a User can contact the Company using the site's feedback option.

Users inquiries

The present Confidentiality Policy and User-to-Company relations are regulated by the actual legislation of the People's Republic of China. Users have the right to send their inquiries to the Company, including the ones regarding the usage of their personal data, recall of the consent to process their personal data in a written form to info@ok.parts or by using the site's feedback option.

The Company undertakes to review and respond to the received user inquiry within 30 days since the receipt.

Other

As for everything else that is not directly stipulated in Confidentiality Policy, the Company undertakes to act in accordance with the provisions and norms of the Law on Web Security of the People's Republic of China (November 7, 2016, 12-th National People's Congress, Standing Committee of 24-th Session). By using the site and providing personal data the User agrees with the provisions of this Confidentiality Policy.

The Company has the right without User's consent to modify the Policy at any time at its discretion with the purpose to improve further the protection system from an unauthorized access to User's personal data. When important modifications in the Confidentiality Policy are made the corresponding notification on the site concerning the update is published.

This Policy does not apply to third party internet resources.
