User agreement

The present agreement determines the terms of use of ok.parts website information and its resources (hereunder — «Resource»).

Users – physical persons (including authorized legal entity representatives) possessing an ability of visual perception of the information posted on ok.parts site.

Resource administration — the rightholder of ok.parts site.

General terms

  • The use of Resource services and information is determined by People's Republic of China legislation (Law on Web Security of People's Republic of China (November 7, 2016; 12-th National People's Congress, Standing Committee of 24-th session).
  • The present agreement is a public offer. By obtaining the access to the Resource the User agrees with all paragraphs of the present Agreement.
  • The Resource administration has the right to unilaterally amend any paragraph of the present Agreement. The amendments come into force after 2 (two) days since the amended Agreement is posted on ok.parts Resource. In case the User does not agree with the amendments he should refuse accessing the Resource, stop using the services and information published on the Resource.

User Obligations

  • The User must not perform any actions which might be considered as violation of the PRC legislation or international law provisions, including intellectual property, copyrights or neighboring rights.
  • Ok.parts Resource information may not be used without the administration's consent. The reference to ok.parts Resource is mandatory when the site materials are cited.
  • Any User notes and entries on ok.parts Resource may not contradict the legislation of People's Republic of China.
  • The User is notified that ok.parts Resource Administration will not be liable for the User's operation with third party sites by means of links published on ok.parts Resource.
  • The User agrees the Resource Administration will not be liable and does not have direct or indirect obligations to the User for any possible losses resulted by the use of Resource content, copyrights registration, goods or services, accessible or obtained from the other sites, resources or any contacts set up by the User operating with the information or third party links published on the Resource.
  • The User agrees the Resource may contain an advertisement. User agrees the Resource Administration will not be responsible and have no obligations related to such an advertisement.
  • The User undertakes not to perform any kind of actions which may destabilize the Resource or its services.

Other terms

  • All disputes related to the present Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the People's Republic of China.
  • Nothing in the Agreement shall be considered as a relationship between the User and the Resource Administration except the terms directly envisaged by the present Agreement.
  • If a court finds any of the Agreement provisions to be invalid then all the other Agreement provisions shall remain in force.

The User confirms He has read all the paragraphs of the present Agreement and unconditionally accepts them.
