How to Sell Auto Parts on ok.parts: Free Listings for Everyone
▶ Video: how to sell auto parts in 5 steps · YouTube
Have auto parts to sell? New or used, any brand, from any country: on ok.parts anyone can list them for free. A private seller with one spare part, a workshop clearing its shelves and a wholesaler with thousands of numbers all use the same free account. Buyers find your offer by part number and contact you directly.
This page is the starting point for sellers. It explains who can sell, how a listing works, where buyers come from and what to do first. Each step links to a detailed guide with screenshots.
1. Who Can Sell on ok.parts
ok.parts is an open marketplace. One free account lets you both sell and buy, and sellers of every size use it:
- Private sellers. A part that did not fit your car, spares left after a repair, parts from a car you no longer own.
- Workshops and garages. Surplus stock, parts ordered for a job that did not happen, parts removed in good condition.
- Wholesalers and distributors. Warehouse stock, listed number by number with price, quantity and lead time.
- Factories and brand owners. Your own production, under your brand or in neutral packing.
The condition can be new or used: you choose the state in the listing form. The brand and the country do not matter either. Buyers on ok.parts come from more than 80 countries and search for parts of every make.
2. Why Sell on ok.parts
- Free for sellers. There is no listing fee and no subscription.
- Live right away. A listing appears on the site as soon as you save it. There is no moderation queue.
- Found by part number. Buyers search by the original number, so your listing appears on the page of its number, next to every other offer for that part.
- Buyers from 80+ countries. They see your price, minimum order and lead time, and contact you directly.
- A rank that grows with real orders. Every seller starts at rank E. The rank goes up only with real orders and buyer reviews, so it cannot be bought.
3. Five Steps to Your First Listing
From registration to a live offer takes a few minutes. You need photos of the part and its original number.
1Create a free account. Registration takes about two minutes; confirm your e-mail address afterwards. See How to Register on ok.parts.
2Fill in your company profile. Listings can be posted only after the profile is complete. A private seller fills it in under their own name. See How to Fill In Your Company Profile.
3Open My listings and click Add listing. My listings is in the menu of your account.

4Add photos, the brand and the original number. Photos of the real part. The number is what buyers search for, so copy it exactly from the part, the box or the catalogue.
The top of the form: photos, original brand and original number
5Set the price, quantity and state, then click Save. The price is always per piece. MOQ is the minimum order, Packaging is the number of pieces per pack, and State tells buyers whether the part is new or used.
The terms of the offer: state, price per piece, MOQ, lead time, packaging, stock, Save
After you click Save, the offer is live. Buyers see it on the page of its part number, with your price, terms and rank:

4. Original or Non-Original Part
- Original part. Choose the brand and enter its number, and leave the No brand box empty. The listing is shown as an original part of that brand.
- Non-original part in neutral packing. Tick No brand (Neutral packing). The brand and number you enter become a cross reference: the site gives the part its own CN article and the manufacturer NO NAME, and the offer still appears on the page of the original number.
Choose honestly. Buyers compare offers side by side, and a non-original part listed as original quickly turns into a bad review.
5. Buyers Who Are Already Looking
Buyers do not only search. They also post purchase requests: the part number, the brand, the quantity and often a target price. All open requests are listed on the Purchase requests page, more than 27,000 of them at any time. If you have a part from the list, click Quote now and send your price. You can quote even without an account.

Filter the list by brand or category to see only the numbers you can supply. It is a quick way to find a buyer before you have even listed the part.
6. Your Company Profile
When a buyer opens your contacts, they see your company profile: the name, contacts, location, photos, the brands and categories you work with. A full profile with real photos turns a contact into a deal. The profile is also required before you can post listings. See How to Fill In Your Company Profile on ok.parts.
7. Rules for Listings That Sell
- One part, one listing. Each listing is one part number with real photos of that part.
- Price per piece. The price is always for one piece, even when you sell by the box. Put the box size in Packaging.
- Keep it current. Update the stock and lead time, and pause a listing when the part is out of stock.
- No contacts in listings. Phone numbers, e-mail addresses and messenger names are not allowed in the listing text or photos. Contacts belong in the profile only; breaking this rule blocks the account.
- Accurate numbers. A wrong number or a non-original part listed as original costs you reviews and rank.
8. What to Do Next
