How to Use ok.parts: Complete Guide to Search, Offers and Suppliers
▶ Video overview (1:01) · Watch on YouTube
ok.parts is a wholesale marketplace for auto parts where you search by part number and see the offers of suppliers from all over the world on one page: price, MOQ, lead time, location and a trust rank from E to A. This guide walks through every part of the public site, from the search bar to the world map of suppliers.
You can search, compare offers, explore the maps and quote on purchase inquiries without an account. An account is needed when you want to open a supplier's contacts or post your own offers. The numbers in the text match the red marks on the screenshots. The screenshots were taken in October 2026; labels and figures on the live site may change over time.

1. How ok.parts Works
ok.parts has no browsable catalog. Everything starts with a part number: an OEM number or a supplier's own number. You type it, and the site shows every offer for that exact number from factories, distributors, wholesalers and other sellers.
- One number, every offer. Offers from different countries appear side by side, on a map and in a list.
- A rank on every offer. Each supplier carries a rank from E to A. The rank comes from real orders placed through ok.parts and from buyer reviews. It cannot be bought.
- Direct contact. When you have chosen an offer, you open the supplier's contacts and deal with the supplier directly.
- One account for buying and selling. Every registered user can both search for parts and post their own offers.
The search bar (1), the language menu (2), Sign in (3), Create account (4) and Contacts (5)
The header is the same on every page of the site.
- Search by number. The search bar is on every page. Type a part number and press Enter or click the magnifier.
- The language menu. Switches the interface between English, Chinese, Russian, Spanish, French and Portuguese. The page you are on stays open, in the chosen language.
- Sign in. For users who already have an account.
- Create account. Free registration. It takes a couple of minutes, see How to Register on ok.parts.
- Contacts. The address of the ok.parts office in Yiwu, China, the phone number and the e-mail address. The working hours and the phone number are also shown in the header itself.
3. The Home Page
The home page (see the screenshot at the top of this guide) shows what the site does and gives you three quick ways in.
- External requests. The number of open purchase inquiries from buyers and their total value. Browse requests opens the list, see Purchase Inquiries.
- Live search examples. Click one of the part numbers under the main heading to see a real search result without typing anything.
- Suppliers worldwide. A small map with the suppliers in the database.
- Locate me. Shows where you are on the small map. The browser asks for your permission first.
- See all. Opens the full-screen map of suppliers, see The World Map of Suppliers.
- The expand icon. Enlarges the small map.
Further down, the home page explains the four steps from a part number to a supplier contact, shows an example of a search result, explains the ranks, describes the optional sourcing service and the quality control, and lists the Popular parts: real offers that buyers open most often, with a photo, the unit price and the MOQ. The FAQ at the bottom answers the common questions.
4. Search by Part Number
The number (1), the brand (2), the number of offers (3) and View offers (4)
- Type the number. Dashes and dots do not matter: 04465-33471 and 0446533471 find the same part, and upper or lower case does not matter either. Leave out spaces: type 1K0615301AA, not 1K0 615 301 AA.
- Choose a brand. The same number can exist under several brands: the car maker's original number and the same number used by aftermarket brands. The search shows one line per brand.
- Offers. How many offers there are for this brand and number.
- View offers. Opens the offers page. If a number exists under one brand only, open that line.
If a number finds nothing, check it for typos and try the number without a prefix or suffix of the supplier. You can also post a purchase request and let suppliers come to you, see How to Post a Purchase Request on ok.parts.
5. The Offers Page and the Supplier Map
The part (1), the number of suppliers and countries (2), a price pin (3), My location (4), the map layers (5) and the zoom (6)
The offers page collects everything ok.parts has for one brand and one number. Its first part is the map Where the suppliers are.
- The part. The brand, the number and a short description.
- Suppliers and countries. How many suppliers offer the part and in how many countries.
- Pins and clusters. A red pin is a supplier with the price of its offer on the pin. A coloured circle with a number groups several suppliers in one area: click it or zoom in to see the individual pins.
- My location. Shows where you are, marked You, so you can see which suppliers are nearest.
- Map layers. Switch between the map styles.
- Zoom. The + and - buttons, or the mouse wheel.
Between the map and the list there is a block Sell here too. If you have the same part in stock, Register and upload price list takes you to a free account, and your offer will show up on this page next to the others.
6. Filter the Offers
Manufacturer (1), Type (2), Country (3), MOQ (4), Lead time (5), Rank (6), Reviews (7) and Reset filters (8)
The same filters stand above the map and above the list of offers. They narrow down both.
- Manufacturer. The brand of the part offered: the original brand or the brand of the supplier.
- Type. The type of seller, for example Factory / Manufacturer or Wholesale Company.
- Country. Only the suppliers from one country, for example only from the United Arab Emirates.
- MOQ (pcs). The minimum order quantity, from and to.
- Lead time (days). How many days the supplier needs to ship, from and to.
- Rank. Click one or several letters from A to E.
- Reviews. Any rating, or only suppliers rated 4.5 to 5.0 stars.
- Reset filters. Clears all filters at once.
7. Read the List of Offers
The number of offers (1), the sort menu (2), the price block (3), the rank and type (4), the location (5), Map (6) and Open contacts (7)
- The number of offers that match your filters.
- Sort. Price, low to high, Price, high to low or Lead time.
- Price block. The price per piece in US dollars, the MOQ, the Lead time and Sold: how many pieces of this offer have been sold.
- Rank and type. The rank letter, the type of the supplier and its rating with the number of reviews in brackets.
- Location and history. The region and the country, the year since when ok.parts has been ordering from this supplier, and the number of orders.
- Map. Shows this supplier on the map above.
- Open contacts. Opens the supplier's contacts, see Open a Supplier's Contacts.
Click the photo or the number of an offer to open its own page with all the details.
8. The Offer Page
Photos (1-2), rank (3), price (4), preview state (5), supplier profile (6), location (7), contacts (8) and Open contacts (9)
- The main photo.
- All photos of the offer. Click a thumbnail to see it large.
- Rank, type and region of the supplier.
- Unit price, MOQ, lead time and sold quantity.
- Preview state. Locked means that the contacts of this supplier are still hidden from you; after you open them the page shows Unlocked.
- Supplier profile. The type, the country, the city or region, the languages the supplier speaks and the product focus.
- Location. Before the contacts are open, the map shows only the approximate area. The exact location opens together with the contacts.
- Supplier contacts. Phone, e-mail, website and full address, hidden by dots until you open them.
- Open contacts. The button that opens them.
9. Fitment, Cross References and Verified Data
Vehicle fitment (1), cross references (2), buyer reviews (3) and ok.parts verified data (4)
- Vehicle fitment. The cars the part fits: model, years, power and engine size. The table is shown in full once the contacts are open.
- Application (cross references). Other numbers of the same part, from the car maker and from other brands. View offers next to a number opens the offers for that number: a quick way to find more suppliers for an interchangeable part.
- Buyer reviews. The rating and the reviews of buyers who have ordered through ok.parts. They become readable once the contacts are open.
- ok.parts verified data. Figures from the order history of ok.parts with this supplier: Total items bought, On platform since, the Defect rate and a chart of Orders fulfilled per year. Below it, a red note explains how the supplier got its current rank.
10. How Supplier Ranks Work
Every offer carries a rank from E to A. It shows how much real trade ok.parts has done with the supplier.
| Rank | What it means |
|---|---|
| E | A new or unverified offer. Every offer starts here |
| D | ok.parts has bought from this supplier through its sourcing service |
| C | More purchase volume, or a strong record of buyer reviews |
| B | A large purchase volume through ok.parts |
| A | The largest purchase volume through ok.parts |
Ranks above C come only from real purchases. Good reviews can lift an offer up to C, not higher. If an offer qualifies both ways, the higher rank applies. A supplier cannot buy a rank or declare it, and a filled-in company profile does not change it either.
11. Open a Supplier's Contacts
To contact a supplier, sign in (or create a free account) and click Open contacts on the offer card or on the offer page.
- Opening contacts can be free, depending on the supplier's rank and the current ok.parts terms. When it is paid, the button shows the price before you click.
- After opening, you see the phone, the e-mail, the website and the full address of the supplier, its exact location on the map, the vehicle fitment and the buyer reviews.
- You then contact the supplier directly by phone, e-mail or messenger and agree on the price, the packaging and the delivery.
Ask for photos of the actual goods and of the packaging before you pay, and check the part number on the photos against your order.
12. The World Map of Suppliers
The rank filter (1), the country (2), the map layers (3), a cluster (4), My location (5) and the close button (6)
See all on the home page opens the Suppliers map: every supplier in the database on one map. The line next to the title shows how many suppliers there are and how many are in view.
- Rank. All, or only the suppliers of one rank.
- Country. Jump to one country.
- Map layers. Light - global (Esri), Light (CARTO), OpenStreetMap, Satellite and China (AutoNavi). The last one is the most detailed for Chinese cities.
- Clusters. The number is how many suppliers are in that area. Zoom in, and the clusters split into pins with prices.
- My location. Shows where you are.
- The cross closes the map.
13. Purchase Inquiries: Parts Buyers Are Looking For
The brand filter (1), the category filter (2), the photo filter (3), an inquiry (4) and Quote now (5)
The page Purchase inquiries (the Preorders link at the bottom of every page, or Browse requests on the home page) is the other side of the marketplace: a live list of parts that ok.parts is buying for its customers. If you can supply them, this is where you find the demand.
- Filter by brand. Tick one or more brands; the search line finds a brand by name. Then click Apply.
- Category. The same for part categories.
- All / With photo / Without photo. Show all inquiries or only those with or without a photo.
- An inquiry. The part name, the brand and the OEM number, the target purchase price in Chinese yuan (RMB), the quantity needed and the part type.
- Quote now. Opens a short form: your unit price in RMB (ex-factory, tax included), the available quantity, the lead time, the packaging, remarks, and a phone or WeChat number and an e-mail for the ok.parts buyer. No account is needed. If the offer fits, the buyer replies within two business days.
Suppliers who want to receive inquiries regularly can register from the box Are you a supplier? on the same page.
14. Articles, Contacts and the Sourcing Service
The links at the bottom of every page lead to Preorders (the purchase inquiries), the Privacy policy, the User agreement, Contacts and Articles: guides like this one, parts guides by brand and practical advice on importing auto parts.
If you would rather not deal with suppliers yourself, ok.parts also offers an optional sourcing service: price negotiation, a three-stage quality control at its warehouse in Yiwu, consolidation and delivery. Send your parts list to b2b@ok.parts.

16. Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an account to search on ok.parts?
No. You can search by part number, compare offers, use the filters, explore the maps and quote on purchase inquiries without an account. You need an account to open a supplier's contacts and to post your own offers.
Is there a catalog I can browse?
No. ok.parts works by part number: type an OEM number or a supplier's number into the search bar and you see every offer for it. The Popular parts on the home page show what other buyers open most often.
Why are some details of an offer hidden by dots?
The supplier's phone, e-mail, website, full address, exact location, the vehicle fitment and the buyer reviews open together with the contacts. Everything else, including the price, the MOQ, the lead time, the rank and the verified data, is visible to everyone.
What do the letters E to A mean?
They are the supplier's rank. E is a new offer; D means ok.parts has bought from the supplier; C, B and A reflect a growing volume of real purchases. Reviews can lift an offer up to C. A rank cannot be bought.
Does opening contacts cost money?
It can be free, depending on the supplier's rank and the current ok.parts terms. When it is paid, the Open contacts button shows the price before you click.
Can I sell on ok.parts too?
Yes. Every account can both buy and sell. Register, fill in the company profile and add your parts one by one or as a price-list file; they then appear in the search results and on the maps.
